The signed monthly report.

Every retainer client receives a signed monthly PDF on the 1st. Same format, same source discipline, same level of detail. Dashboards are on the roadmap for higher-tier clients, but the PDF is the launch deliverable because it is controlled, clear, and easy to approve.

The report is built for decision-makers, not SEO dashboards. It explains where the brand was cited, which searches improved, what shipped that month, what is blocked, and what will happen next. One document, signed, archived, and easy to forward internally.

The useful bit is the translation layer. A normal SEO report dumps numbers and leaves the client to work out what they mean. This report shows the decision: keep pushing this query cluster, fix this blocked technical item, publish this content next, or stop wasting time on a weak opportunity. It gives leadership a clean monthly record of progress without another login, another dashboard, or another meeting.

For AI search, the report matters because visibility is easy to fake in a screenshot and hard to manage without a repeatable log. Each monthly report ties the claim back to a prompt set, the AI tool checked, the cited brand, the cited URL, the support check, and the action taken next. That makes it useful for founders, marketing directors, and technical teams who need one shared record of what changed.

The public example is deliberately fabricated. It uses a sample company, sample prompts, and sample numbers to show the format without exposing any real internal, affiliate, or client report data. Real reports stay private unless a separate client-approved version is created.

Acme Industries | May 2026

Not outcome proof. A fabricated Scribe report showing the public-safe format: executive summary, visibility snapshot, citation index, movement, evidence depth, shipped work, next actions, signature, and source index. It is sample data only.

Client dashboard later.

The dashboard will make sense once the reporting loop is proven: live citation timelines, content health, shipped-work history, and report archive. Until then, the signed PDF is the clean monthly source of truth.

Start with the paid audit.

The audit creates the baseline that a monthly report needs: prompts, competitors, technical checks, search data, and the first action plan.
