TomHow is a one-person consultancy operated by Thomas Howcroft in the UK. It
combines search diagnostics, page improvements, technical SEO, schema where
appropriate, AI-answer checks and signed reporting.

## Scope

TomHow helps Hertfordshire service businesses review their local search presence
and enquiry path. The GBP 350 starter covers one website, one Google Business
Profile and one primary service area. Broader SEO and AI-search work supports
B2B brands. SEO is the foundation. GEO, AEO, schema, AI-answer checks and citation tracking are used
where they help diagnose or improve a real buyer-search problem. No ranking,
traffic, lead or citation result is guaranteed.

LLM citation tracking is one evidence method inside the broader service. It is
not a promise that a model will mention or recommend a brand.
